Up 0 Down	Take notes? There are programs that take notes for you automatically. Sounds like too much work and too distracting to manually write stuff down.

Up 0 Down	Just do something simple like take some notes on each player at the table. That's the beauty of playing poker online as opposed to being sat around a table. This way you'll know when to back out of hands, step in much more etc.
