PokerDIY Mobile is not supposed to be a smaller replica of PokerDIY. Consider it a whole new look on poker leagues and poker social networking. In order to make it optimized and fast we stripped out all the static content and boring blurb and focused on making a usable mobile application instead.

For example, we focused on allowing you to view poker player profiles and scores and managing your poker league from the poker table.

We use it ourselves at our home poker games to record the scores as each person is knocked out. This updates the poker league scoreboard in real time!

Remember too that it is constantly evolving - we're adding info and functionality daily to both versions of the site to make it more useful.

If you are looking for poker forums, the poker blinds timer, poker videos and all that sort of stuff then you will need to view the main website.

We actually use an iPhone at one of our own home poker games to record the scores immediately when someone gets knocked out in real time!

You need to log in on your mobile and then click through to your league. If you are the league owner you will be able to add poker games, edit player results and see poker player profiles. Bear in mind that this is the live data you are working with!

Your mobile needs to have a mobile internet browser on it so that you can browse the web. The most common is the iPhone, but any Windows Smartphone, Nokia, Siemens etc. mobile phone with a browser should work.

Check with your mobile manufacturer or read your device instruction manaual to see if it supports mobile web browsing.

Mobile browsing is the same as browsing the internet on your computer at home - you pay your Internet Service Provider for the download or usage of the internet. This is true on mobile devices - check with your Service Provider for details and cost of your internet mobile data plan.

Yes, m.pokerdiy.com only works on mobile browsers. If you go to that address on a desktop/laptop browser it will redirect to the main www.pokerdiy.com site. Of course, if you went to m.pokerdiy.com on your mobile phone and you see the main website (you'll know!) - then please let us know!

Technical blurb: Browsers use a User Agent to identify themselves with their request. Your iPhone/mobile browser has a different "callsign" than a desktop browser, so PokerDIY knows which version of the site to send.

More technical blurb: If you really want to see the mobile site and you do not have a mobile browser, use Safari and change the User Agent under the Develop menu to the iPhone User Agent. This will trick PokerDIY into sending you to the mobile version of the site (on a big screen). There are also Firefox plugs for changing the UserAgent but this is all a bit nerdy - you can read more about it here.

Wherever you see this icon on PokerDIY it indicates that it was created on a mobile device. For example, you can see it on this live poker game which was created on an iPhone.
