The First Step - Joining the PokerDIY community

Joining PokerDIY is free and only take a minute. There are many advantages to being part of the community, such as being able to contact other members, running your own league or posting poker game ads.

Click here to set up your free PokerDIY profile.

You'll need to select a User Name. This is the name that you will use to log on to PokerDIY from now on. It is not visible to anyone else. You'll also need to select a Display Name (this is the publicly visible name you will use throughout the site) - you can be creative here if you wish!

We'll also need a valid email address. We'll use this to verify your account and give you full access to PokerDIY. Too many people put in fake emails so we'll send you a link to click on to verify your account. Of course, if you put the wrong or fake email address in then you won't get this email and you'll need to start again. We won't share your email with anyone, it's purely for verification and for us to alert you when you have notifications and private messages.

I'm sure you don't need to be told to choose a secure password. Don't use your name, Display Name, "password" or other common options as this could allow someone to guess it. Make it as secure as possible and if you forget it in the future you can always request a Password Reminder.

Once you have filled in all the details (mandatory form fields are always marked withDenotes a field that needs to be filled in), click on "Create my Profile". Almost there - PokerDIY will now send an email to the address you filled in above. It will contain your selected User Name, password and a link that you need to click on to verify your profile.

Note: If you do not receive an email within an hour or two (it is normally a matter of seconds or minutes!), check your Junk Mail or Bulk Mail spam folders. Most email providers do not like poker sites, so they mark the email as spam. Alternatively you can add "pokerdiy.com" to your email whitelist to make sure any emails are not spammed. You can then request a password reminder. If you have not received an email in 24 hours then please contact us and we'll look into it (and sorry for the inconvenience!).

When you receive the email, click on the link to complete registration.

That's it! You are now a PokerDIY community member and can start taking advantage of our free poker services!

For the record, we take privacy very seriously - have a read of our Profile FAQ to see how we protect your personal data. Your Username, real name, email etc. are never shown anywhere on PokerDIY. If you want to communicate with another member it can always be done anonymously though our Private Messaging system or by writing on their profile wall.

You can also chose to make your profile private, like this member, so that nobody except your selected friends can see it.
