I just had a look at the advertising link on the home page for http://www.pokersupplyusa.com/.  They seem to have some pretty good value cards (http://pokersupplyusa.com/product_i...48).  Does anyone know if these Copag cards are any good or if I'd be better splashing the cash on Kem cards or something else?

I always grab a bunch of discard desks when i goto the casinos. I ike to break a lot of fresh decks to when the tension gets high during a home hosted game and it cuts the tension. People can't make accusations if a fresh pack is broken every few hands.

We just play with cheap cards from a poker set I got for Christmas.  I am sure the cards are very cheap.  What is a good brand of card to play with?  We always just have bicycle cards around our house.

    Hi all,

I actually work at a place up in London which sells plastic playing cards - amongst a lot of other things :) Copags are a nice brand, and so are KEMs. If you want something a little cheaper, you can try Fourniers or Royals, both of which are decent but perhaps not as durable as the other two.

I personally use Copags though - nice cards :)

The Copag cards are very nice.  I love those black ace signature ones, but at nearly $20 a deck they're a little expensive.  I've ordered direct from their website and you get free shipping on orders over $50 which helps a little.  Lovely designs!!!!

Breaking open new packs for big money games are the rule. i use cheap cards but always new. I buy the at the 99 cents only store. They get messed by play and then i can throw them out.

I do like the copaq cards but they are expensive. I like to change decks when they get too worn so I prefer to go buy the cheap ones at walmart. I usually buy a few packs at time and keep them with my other poker stuff.

I think the cards we have been using are Hoyle.  They are cheap and around my house the more expensive cards would get ruined.  Where can you buy the copaq cards?  Maybe I will buy some for my hubby as a stocking stuffer.

We use cheap Hoyle cards at our house. They work well enough. I do enjoy playing with the used casino card decks we have as well.
