My experience with wrong button was the result of having a very dark screen display.
For surfing or working I need to low down contrast and bright as much as possible but playing on a site with dark layout made somewhat invisible all the context.
I had this happen when I was playing multiple tables and I forgot to check the option where it doesn't jump to the table when it's my turn. Sometimes just as I was about to click call at one table, it would jump to another table and I'd click the wrong button. Not fun when it's for a large amount of chips and I have garbage cards.
