That's true ...a little bit of searching around will yield some very good sites and blogs. last year during WSOP, there were some great ones and they'll be back soon.

The Sports Legends Challenge is hosting a poker tournament at the Atlantis Resort in the Bahamas this fall for a prized share of $5,000,000!  Mike Ditka, Emmitt Smith, and Dr. J are just 3 of the 21 sports legends that will be participating in this high stakes tournament.  Check out www.SportsLegendsChallenge.com to see how you can compete against these athletic superstars for this exclusive prize!

Could anyone recommend must-reads for a poker player? I was trying my luck with some of those online tips about poker but that didn't help me much, so I would like to read some books for beginners. Thank you in advance for your recommendations.

In addition to everything else: Keep a detailed record of every game you play in. I use a spreadsheet. This is really the only objective way to know if your a winning or losing player.

Most think their good players, few are. This is an eye opener for many! It's the only way to be honest with yourself.
