My question is this. I maintain an excel table with the info of all the players that have participated in any of my tourneys, so, is it possible to upload thi table to pokerdiy?

What im doing right now is print screen and then paste it on paint, then edit the picture and upload it to the league page. But if i do that, people cant use the sort functions of the table. So..is this possible to do?

    Regards

    Hi dxiri,

Ok, I think I understand what you are trying to do - you want to upload an Excel Spreadsheet into the League Descrption and then actually update and change it? I don't think this will be possible, but I think you may not need to do this.

Basically I am 80% finished with the next version of the Leagues. You can now create and edit Seasons, and then create and edit games within a season (attached to events - an event could have 1 or more games). You can then add players from your league to a game, and record their scores. The current scoreboard then shows on the league detail page.

I am also working on a view for the UserProfile page that will show all leagues a player is a member of, and then when they get a  good score in a game it will show these too.

I am hoping this will totally replace your need for a spreadsheet and that everything can be done online. Check back on Sunday and if it does not help then we can discuss you requirements and I can see if I can improve them anywhere.

Out of interest, could you send me an example of your spreadsheet please? I want to make sure I am capturing all the correct information against players and games.

    thanks,
    Rodney
