for me it depends, if it was a high level hand or a huge pot i shout it out, but not every time, only if i feel good and it was a really important hand for a tourney or table..

I am a big hypocrite when it comes to this issue. I have always hated when players yell and scream when the beat comes against me, but I also can get excited during a crazy hand.

I don't mind a good shout out when you win a big hand. I hate players like Tony G that insult people sometimes when he beats them because they made a bad play.

Tony G is the biggest idiot when it comes to yelling, trash talking and insulting players. Why can't someone from the UFC be playing poker and Togy G startings mouthing off and BOOM! Knocked out of the tournament, literally!

I think its dumb as you know how it feels to lose big pots and should treat it with more respect. No need for shouting when you win pots. Graceful is only way to go.

The poker pro Brendan Shaffer said something like "When i win I don't like to celebrate elaborately because I realize that someone had to lose for me to win, I wouldn't appreciate someone rubbing it in my face when I lose"

Those aren't his exact words but I like that. I try not to be a jerk and celebrate abundantly but sometimes it escapes me and I get over excited.
