I play mostly MTT's and SNG's, cause there is a limit to the money i can loose playing like this. In cash games u can loose a lot of money in a very short period of time.

Have you ever been thinking about be a shark to?? If you feel that u got some guts, then try sharking. Be aggressive and raise few times with low hands, then u rais on a strong hand. Fools the athor players. find an amount to loose, then go for the kill. for the promo side. few sharks in 250 to 400 players. try the fatbet  where you can even see for youre self how easy to become a shark. Tip: watch the table for 15-20 minutes before you sit in. observ theyre playing style. some are fish and some are tight and few sharks. Give it a try.

I think every Poker Player should be able to play both types of the game in a good way, but for making Profits i think Cash Games are the more effective way.

Serious, I don't know which is better for me, but I think I would play better in tournaments.
I don't play much cash games, because I don't like them. You'll playing with your whole real money stack most of the time and it's too dangerous for me. When you're playing a tournament, you may have a tournament with only $1 buy-in with a stack of $100. This is great to play, because you're playing more hours with your stack than playing on a cashgame.
That's my opinion,  and ofcourse, I'm playing tournaments all the time.

I definately prefer to play cash games as long as you have a good rakeback plan :) I play in the occasional tournament so I dont get bored and to keep my skills up to date. Knowing both styles though is most important for either form of poker.
