dont u just hate those people that say oh dont take it serious when there is a rule violation in a home game i mean the rules were meant not to be broken but it does happen and it should be fixed the right way.. any good stories....

The one that gets me are those get mad if someone doesn't "bet right".  Say if you want to call 20 and raise it 100, some people get bent out of shape if you drop the chips seperately.  They just want you to say "Raise to 120" and drop it all in, and call it a continuation bet if you do it the other way.  Kinda crazy - should just be a friendly house game...

Before you set up for a home poker game, you must post a clear tournament blind level, the payout structures and even the rules so that every poker players whether they are pro or new must understand the game to avoid some unnecessary conflict in the future. You should also decide how you will handle chipping up.
