Are you saying MoneyBookers is studying if they should launch a debit card to withdraw your money from your MoneyBookers account?
Sounds like a pretty good thing to me. It would make a lot of sense to have a MoneyBookers debit card so you just have to walk to the nearest ATM machine and take out your money. Banks seem to like them so why not online payment systems.
