Week 3 in the NFL is the week of the home favorites as all home teams are favorites, except for the Sunday Night game where the visiting Dallas Cowboys are favorites over Green Bay. I will be looking to improve on my records from Week 1 and Week 2 which have me with an overall record of 17-13 so far this year.

Here are my Week 3 NFL Picks in bold:

MIA         NE     -12.5         (Can I really bet against NE again? I'm taking the 12.5 points they're giving to Miami)

STL        SEA     -9.5         (Seattle should blow St.Louis out of the park, but I just don't like the way they lost to SF)

DAL  -3.5     GB  (Tough pick as Dallas is coming off a big win and may have a let down, but I'm taking my boyz)

It was the week of the Home Favorites, but there were a few upsets this week including Miami knocking off the Tom Brady-less Patriots 38-13, at Foxboro no less.

I went a very resepectable 11-5 with my Week 3 NFL picks giving me an overall record of 28-18 against the spread after Week 3, but I'm still hoping to improve on that in Week 4
