The question is very broad - too broad to cover in a single forum post. So I'll just point out one thing I consider very important but that isn't stated explicitly all that often. A vital aspect of bankroll management is choosing your opponents so that you have +EV. Depending how high- or low-variance your style is, you'll still need to adjust the size of your roll relative to the level you play. However, unless you play people who you beat overall, how can you expect to make money?

As a poker player, your bankroll is your lifeblood. Without it you can’t play – it doesn’t get any simpler than that. Despite this simple truth, many people don’t see bankroll management as a skill of the same importance as being able to calculate pot odds or read your opponents. All the skills you can wield in the game don’t mean anything, though, if you blow all the money as soon as you win it. For a purely recreational player, learning to protect your bankroll can be the difference between enjoying freerolling and paying for your hobby. For a player who wants to move up in limits, it’s one of the most important skills you can have.

If you intend to make money from playing poker, it is essential that you exercise good bankroll management skills. If you do not then you are setting yourself up for frequent losses that you will find hard to prevent, no matter how good you may be at poker.

Managing your bankroll really boils down to discipline. There are many players who could play higher limits than they do if they were simply to place a few limits on themselves. If moving up is a goal of yours, you should take careful stock of how you treat your bankroll. Managing it wisely is best insurance a poker player can have.

Bankroll management isn't about minimizing risk. If you want to minimize risk, quit poker, or never move up. Bankroll management is about finding good opportunities with acceptable risks. Just as moving up too quickly can be a mistake, moving up too slowly is a mistake, too, if your goal is to win money (although the consequences are not as spectacular).

You can select from games as low as 1¢/2¢, so you should be able to follow these rules even with a very small deposit like in Titan Poker.
