Hi,

I would like to use a league to keep track of stats for a weekly "for-fun" game we have at work.

I have created the league, created a season, added all the players, created a game, added the players to the game... Now where do I go to enter the results of the game? I just can't find how to do that!

Please help... this site would be much better than the spreadsheet I'm keeping but only if I can figure out how to add scores.

Ok, I figured it out. I have to click on the wrench next to each player's name and then I can edit their results.

Feature suggestion: Have a view where I can edit every player's results/rank at the same time. It is very tedious to click on each player, edit the fields, click update, click on the next player, etc...

Glad you got this working! Yes, that is a great suggestion - maybe a grid of the changable values and then you can do it all on one screen. I'll look into this.

I am also working on the iphone/mobile version so you can enter your scores from the poker table - I used this at our home game last night and it worked well...

Please keep the suggestions coming!

Also - did you see that you can Copy Games? On the Season screen, if you hover over a game you can copy it (it will reset the scores and set it to inactive). We play a few games a night so speeds it up a little.

Hi Ryan,

I have rewritten the Game Detail/Player Score Editng UI. It is 95% finished and I am dogfooding it on PokerDIY as we speak. I would appreciate your comments on the new UI.

You still add the players from your league to the game, but now you have a single Edit button and you can edit multiple rows/results at the same time.

Please let me know what you think and if it is an improvement and what else could be improved (or if anything is unclear!)

Just checking if you had a chance to try the new UI and what you thought?

Worked great. It was easy to add all the information.

I also started adding the hitman and place for each player out. Can these fields be queried anywhere besides when looking at the game? It would be nice to be able to see a ranking of who takes out the most people, or who has taken out a particular player the most.

Same for placing... it would be nice to see a player's average place in a season.

Great, thanks for the feedback.

At the moment those type of reports do not exist but they are on the list of upcoming features. There will be graphs of wins/losses and who has been the best hitman etc. over the season.

I'll be starting a thread soon to get ideas on what people want to see!

Have you seen the newplayer stats screens? What other reports would you like to see? Anything is possible really, I just need some ideas.
