RE: 0-scoring button
Rodders: You were absolutely right. With the scoring formula I use for eache round, the total points reflects the average of rounds held ( season average). The average on our scoreboard shows each players personal average based on number of games pl ...

RE: 0-scoring button
It's something like your point 1 I'm after.. Making the average score per season be calculated from the Total number of games in the season, and not from the # games played. I.E. Season average.Posted By Rodders on 03 Dec 2008 7:12 AM I just had a ...

0-scoring button
I run a league with 4 preliminary rounds, that end in a season final. Would it be possible to add a feature that awards 0 points to the players that did NOT attend a game round. I need every round to count for all players. I.E. after importing the ...

Re: Proposed Scoring Enhancements to League Software
Found this formula in TD: (1 - (r / (n + 1))) * 100
TD help section This Formula gives each player a number of points in the range of 0 to 100, based proprtionally on their ranking in the tournament.
I believe this is the same formul ...

Re: Proposed Scoring Enhancements to League Software
Rodders wrote Ok, in the 3rd phase I plan on implementing this type of scoring. Of course, if you are importing your scores from the Tournament Director it will be resolved to a single point figure per player at this stage so this will work i ...

Re: Proposed Scoring Enhancements to League Software
I managed to create a scoring formula in TD that grants 1 point to every player for participating + 10 to 1 points for each player in the top 10. I.E. This will grant 11 ponts for 1st place, 10 for second etc. and 1 point for every place below 10 if ...

Re: Proposed Scoring Enhancements to League Software
Let's see now *cracks knuckles* ;) What I'm looking for... Since I use Tournament Director, I would like to see the possibility to have the Overall Score used in TD imported in the same way as it's shown in TD. This, unfortunatly, is not based on th ...

Re: How to import PLAYERS from Tournament Director 2 into my league
Adding players to pokerDIY from a TD export is easier now.. but I still would like to list names of players without having to register them as users.. .since some of the players in our previous games are not going to be in the league..

Re: How to import PLAYERS from Tournament Director 2 into my league
Would be nice (speaking on my own behalf only :D) if unregistered players can be imported from a tournament with Name only (and maybe with an e-mail, if registered in TD) , just to display the names on the league page. Then maybe on a later stage, i ...
