On the River is a league for players in the Baton Rouge area. Its purpose is to get these players together for fun, sociable and affordable home games and tournaments.
In accordance to both the league's purpose as well as state law, there are no fees, dues, or rakes to join this league. The only requirement is that participating members be of legal gambling age in the State of Louisiana (21 years of age).
