Hello,
We are are group of 6-9 guys who play poker once per week. This is our first year and we have 6 players who play weekly for points as well as cash. We play for $30 with rebus (no points if you rebuy). We set aside $90 per week to pay for entrance to a $500 tourni for our top 2 point getters. We accumilate close to $2000 for a big tourni at the end of the year. Each week 1st place pays around $150 and second is $30. Every 5th week all the money stays in the pot.
We would like to add another league to form 2 divisions. Perhaps each player would have to go play with th eother league on a couple of occasions. Open to suggestions, ideas. Our goal is to be able to send a few guys to Vegas for a poker weekend and have a big stake tournament amongst ourselves. Maybe some league against league tournis, allstar game etc.
