Abiltiy to have "Guests" with no email in a league

Details:	A lot of our older players have never heard of the web and don't have emails. We either need them added as a "guest" or we need to be able to duplicate emails so that they can share one between them... (it currently says they need to be unique)

Please note that I have started working on this feature and it will be released in the middle of next week (8th Oct, 2009).

Let me know if you have any specific requirements

It would be nice if guests could be distinguished from active members... perhaps a different font color? Or an "x" or "*" to denote guests?

Maybe a * is the best with a note at the bottom (font colour might draw too much attention to them and they are 2nd class citizens ;)

I'll play around with this in the next week.

Ps - please raise future ideas as new requests so people can vote on them ;)

Also - WHERE should this be denoted? On the league scoreboard, game scoreboards and profiles? Or just the league table?
