I have done the 1st part of this in an Xcel spreadsheet,
It contains a list of Regular players, plus space for newcomers.
You enter the 'Max no Players per Table', e.g 9
Enter a 1 against each player present
& Macro's do the rest
Currently works for Max 30 plyrs, but easily amended
if you or anybody would like a copy let me know.
